A metal cabinet or box that shields electrical or electronic equipment and guards against electric shock is known as an electrical metal enclosure. Typically, enclosures are built of stiff polymers or metals like aluminum, steel, or stainless steel. Protection against hazardous, non-hazardous, and other specified environmental conditions is designated by an enclosure's rating. Three-point locking rods for cabinets of 1000H or greater as standard with other lock options available. The enclosures come in single-door and double-door versions with IP ratings of IP66 and IP55 respectively. The Mild Steel Enclosures come in a corrosion-resistant finish, coated in hardened RAL 7035 grey, UV tolerant polyester powder coat or RAL 2008 orange epoxy powder coat. Terminal boxes of IP65 are also offered by IPD at varying dimensions. The enclosures come with accessories such as DIN rail inserts, document holders, lift-off knobs, louvres, and many more.

Terminal Boxes are crucial for electrical and electromechanical systems and have a wide range of uses, come with stainless steel knobs, wall mount brackets, and other accessories. IPD also offers pressure compensation devices from Agro, which are accessories for cable glands, such as O-rings and sealing washers, synthetic lock nuts with flange, pressure balance element, and synthetic reduction fittings.
