The Red Lion Graphite Edge Controller is a rugged industrial controller with all-metal construction. The Crimson 3.x Software with Crimson Control provides an intuitive drag-and-drop graphical interface for easy setup. It eliminates the need for third-party software by offering a single-solution configuration. The controller supports versatile I/O module and expansion options, allowing users to enhance its built-in features by adding I/O, PID control, or communication modules. Additional modules can be connected through Graphite Expansion Racks to easily scale the system for complex applications. The Graphite Edge Controller excels in protocol conversion and can communicate with over 300 major industrial protocols simultaneously. It supports translation between serial, USB, and Ethernet devices. The controller also offers integration with popular cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Sparkplug Inductive Automation Ignition, and Ubidots. It includes built-in MQTT connectors for accelerated IIoT projects. In terms of environmental specifications, the Graphite Edge Controller operates within a wide temperature range of -40deg to 70degC. It has high shock and vibration tolerance and is IP20 rated with CE, UL/cUL, and UL/cUL Hazardous approvals. The controller provides powerful integration functionality through its Ethernet, USB, and serial ports which make communication simple.
