The High Energy Signal Line Surge Protector is designed to protect your equipment from voltage surges. It operates at maximum continuous voltages of 34VDC and 24VAC. It has a maximum discharge current of 10kA at 8/20ms (common mode 20kA) and a maximum impulse current of 2.5kA at 10/350ms (common mode 5kA). The maximum load current is 250 mA. This surge protector provides voltage protection levels of <45V (L-L) and <350V (L-PE) at a rate of 1kV/ms. It has a series connection type and can be easily replaced with the top module. The G Base ensures that the surge protector is earth connected to the DIN rail. The High Energy Signal Line Surge Protector is ideal for use in SCADA, PLC, fire and security systems, telecommunications, and railway signaling. It is especially recommended for areas with high lightning activity. This surge protector can be mounted on a DIN rail and has an IP20 rating for protection against solid objects.
