With this strategic acquisition, IPD Group takes a significant step forward in expanding its service offerings and capabilities. EX Engineering's portfolio, distinguished by market-leading solutions to meet hazardous area equipment needs across several industries, complements IPD's existing services and aligns with our long-term growth strategy.
