The Threaded Signal Surge Protector is designed for 4 lines and has a maximum continuous operating voltage of 36VDC and 30VAC. It can handle a maximum discharge current of 5 kA per line at 8/20ms (10 kA in common mode). The voltage protection levels are below 75V (L-L) and below 350V (L-PE) at a rate of 1 kV/ms. It features a shunt connection and has an IP67 rating when installed. The thread size options are M20 x 1.5 or 1/2" NTP. This surge protector is ideal for twisted pair signalling schemes and can be installed directly at field equipment.
