NOVARIS ALL MODE SURGE DIVERTER 3 PHASE 200kA SDN3-200-275

Product Code: SDN3-200-275

The Surge Diverter is a 3-phase device designed to protect main switchboards from power surges. It has a nominal voltage of 230 VAC and a maximum continuous voltage of 275 VAC. The device can handle a maximum discharge current of 200 kA (L-N) and 150 kA (N-PE) at 8/20ms, as well as an impulse current of 25 kA (L-N) and 30 kA (N-PE) at 10/350ms. The nominal discharge current is 80 kA (L-N) and 100 kA (N-PE) at 8/20 ms. The Surge Diverter provides voltage protection with a level of less than 1500V (L-N) at the nominal discharge current, and less than 1200V (N-PE) at a current of 3kA for an duration of 8/20ms. It features a shunt connection and is recommended for use with MULTIMOV all mode high energy surge diverters. The Surge Diverter has an LED display that indicates the status of each segment. When all LEDs are brightly lit, it indicates normal operation. A dim LED on a phase segment indicates failure. The device is designed to be mounted on a DIN rail and has an IP20 rating. In case of component failure or thermal overload, the Surge Diverter activates an external alarm. This is also indicated by an extinguished LED on the device.
