The Solid-core current sensor for S800 devices with cage terminals has a current measuring range of 0.1-40A. It has a current accuracy class of 0.5 and can handle peak values of distorted wave-forms up to 6. The sensor is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 690VAC/1500VDC, with a frequency of 50Hz and an operating temperature range of -25 to 70°C. The CMS sensors are capable of monitoring and measuring all types of current - alternating (AC), direct (DC), or mixed (TRMS) currents. They can even measure harmonic components in the signal curve.
